From Points West and South
Take Rt. 95 North to Rt. 138 East. At the junction where Rt. 138 and Rt.1 meet, get onto Rt. 1 for about 2 miles; then back onto Rt. 138 following signs to Newport Bridge ($2.00 toll). After crossing the Newport Bridge, follow signs for “Cape Cod” to the first traffic light (facing Jai-Alai). Take a left and continue straight for about 1.2 miles. Take a right onto Valley Rd. and continue till you hit a traffic light. Go straight through and you will see Newport Ave on the left. Take that road and go up till you see a Stop Sign. Take a right onto Renfrew Ave. The cottage is 88 Renfrew Ave. and it will be on the right hand side.

From Points North and East
Take Rt. 93 South to Rt. 24 South through Fall River, Ma. Following signs to Newport, R.I. Continue on Rt. 24., this turns into Rt. 114 , W Main Rd and go 6 miles. Turn left on RI-214, Valley Rd and continue till you hit a traffic light. Go straight through and you will see Newport Ave on the left. Take that road and go up till you see a Stop Sign. Take a right onto Renfrew Ave. The cottage is 88 Renfrew Ave. and it will be on the right hand side.

From Downtown Newport
Head Northeast (away from the harbor and downtown) on Memorial Boulevard. Travel along this route past Easton’s/First Beach on your right. At the end of the beach, you will come to a traffic light – bear left at this light onto Aquidneck Avenue. Take a right onto Newport Ave. and go up till you see a Stop Sign. Take a right onto Renfrew Ave.
The cottage is 88 Renfrew Ave. and it will be on the right hand side.
